These terms apply to your use of the UkkoBricks online store and purchases made through it. By using the store, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Products

UkkoBricks sells printed collectible figures and related products. Product descriptions, images, available designs and colour options are provided on the relevant product pages.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and display settings.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order, please check your selected products, colours, delivery address and order details before completing payment.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an issue arises with an order, we will contact you using the contact details you provided.

Prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Shipping

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We currently ship to eligible destinations within the European Union.

Returns and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Errors and Changes

We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability and update store content when necessary. Applicable law governs how any change affects an order already accepted.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or excludes rights where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are subject to applicable Finnish and European Union law. Mandatory consumer protections available in the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
