Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day withdrawal period by emailing ukkobrickssupport@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Returning Your Order

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Please contact us before returning an order so we can provide return instructions.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you exercise your right of withdrawal, provided you were informed of this before purchasing.

You may handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Refunds

If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, where required by law.

We will issue the refund within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us at ukkobrickssupport@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

Your statutory consumer rights apply. Nothing in this policy limits your rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.
